Shipping policy

1. Truck and trailer should be able to drive on a relatively level surface and have 2 feet of clearance on the sides of
the shed. There should be no obstructions overhead and it is the customer’s responsibility to determine if ground
conditions are suitable for delivery.
2. If your shed is larger than 10’x12’, we recommend a level compacted gravel pad. We can provide site prep services
and are happy to provide a quote.
3. We do offer service with a mule for a cost of $75/half hour. (This is a minimum charge.) This charge is payable at
the time of delivery to the driver. The average delivery w/ this equipment is approximately 15-20 minutes.
4. Catskill Shed Co. can provide leveling blocks at $5.00 a block or utilize customer supplied blocks. We do not
recommend blocking your entire shed outside of “normal leveling.” Blocking your shed voids any warranty and we
will not be responsible for re-leveling once building settles. We can however still provide this as a service at an
additional cost of $150 per hour, per laborer at a MINIMAL COST and customer is responsible for ordering blocks.
Catskill Shed Co. will not be liable for ordering blocks or quantity needed. If we must come out at a separate date
to finish block work due to not having enough materials, there will be an additional charge at a minimal of $400 to
cover drive time!
5. Free delivery and leveling up to 30 miles from each of our sales lots. Leveling is defined as one corner resting on
the ground up to 16”. Any delivery outside the free radius will be charged $5.00 per mile after the first 30 miles.
